ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,522,731, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to DuPont Toray Specialty Materials K.K. (Tokyo) and Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials Korea Ltd. (Cheonan-si, South Korea).
