"Phlox plant named 'Dophlolawhi'" was invented by Ellen van Sambeek (Oegstgeest, Netherlands).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new and distinct cultivar of Phlox plant named 'Dophlolawhi', characterized by its outwardly spreading to creeping and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; relatively late flowering; white-colored flowers; and good garden performance."

The patent was filed on Aug. 20, 2024, under Application No. 18/810,408.
