US Patent Issued to DSM IP ASSETS on Sept. 8 for "Ring closure of benzoquinones containing an unsaturated side chain using a basic catalyst" (Swiss Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,729,188, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to DSM IP ASSETS B.V. (Maastricht, Netherlands).

"Ring closure of benzoquinones containing an unsaturated side chain using a basic catalyst" was invented by Werner Bonrath (Kaiseraugst, Switzerland), Rolf Kuenzi (Kaiseraugst, Switzerland), Meltem Tirpanci (Kaiseraugst, Switzerland) and Thomas Netscher (Kaiseraugst, Switzerland).
