ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,667,814, issued on June 30, was assigned to Dow Silicones Corp. (Midland, Mich.).

"Preparation of an amino-functional polyorganosiloxane emulsion" was invented by Mark Keinath (Midland, Mich.) and Jennifer Reil (Midland, Mich.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A process is provided for preparing an aqueous emulsion of an amino-functional polyorganosiloxane.
