ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,600,910, issued on April 14, was assigned to Cummins Inc. (Columbus, Ind.).

"Updraft gasifier and method, apparatus, and system for biomass decomposition" was invented by John R. Pendray (Blaine, Minn.), Ismael Chang (Plymouth, Minn.) and Jaimie E. Hamilton-Antonson (Minneapolis).
