According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fluid cooling system for cooling a microwave antenna includes an energy source configured to supply microwave energy to a microwave antenna for ablating tissue, a fluid source, a centrifugal pump, and a cooling member coupled to the centrifugal pump and configured to contact the tube to cool fluid flowing through the tube."
