ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,635,903, issued on May 26, was assigned to Covidien LP (Mansfield, Mass.).

"Side-stream volumetric capnography" was invented by Joshua Lewis Coleman (Jerusalem) and Michal Ronen (Givat Brenner, Israel).
