ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,674,394, issued on July 7, was assigned to Conic Propulsion LLC (Newport Beach, Calif.).

"Propeller" was invented by Thomas A. Russell (Newport Beach, Calif.).
