ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,582,586, issued on March 24, was assigned to Colgate-Palmolive Co. (New York).
"Oral care compositions" was invented by Aarti Rege (East Windsor, N.J.) and Michael Prencipe (West Windsor, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An oral care composition comprising high water oral care compositions comprising an orally acceptable carrier, zinc phosphate, a first stannous ion source (i.e., stannous fluoride), and a second stannous ion source (i.e., stannous chloride). Methods and uses for this composition are also described throughout."
