"Combined screen and screen shroud of a portable cognitive assessment device" was invented by Paul Estes (Rochester, N.Y.), William Patrick Kefauver (Cincinnati), Joshua Glenn Tranter (Milford, Ohio), Alan Merle Davis (Hamilton, Ohio) and Tony Christopher Siebel (Cincinnati).
