US Patent Issued to City University of Hong Kong on May 12 for "Composite material and preparation for the same" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,623,960, issued on May 12, was assigned to City University of Hong Kong (Kowloon, Hong Kong).

"Composite material and preparation for the same" was invented by Sai Liu (Kowloon, Hong Kong) and Chi Yan Tso (Kowloon, Hong Kong).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A composite material comprising a first layer of thermochromic perovskite; a second layer of antireflection material including an organic or inorganic polymer deposited on the first layer; and a third layer of hydrophobic material deposited on the second layer.
