US Patent Issued to City University of Hong Kong on June 9 for "Preparation of two-dimensional molybdenum phosphide via surface-confined atomic substitution" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,649,661, issued on June 9, was assigned to City University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong).

"Preparation of two-dimensional molybdenum phosphide via surface-confined atomic substitution" was invented by Qiyuan He (Hong Kong), Wenbin Wang (Hong Kong) and Junlei Qi (Hong Kong).
