ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,441,640, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to CHINESE RESEARCH ACADEMY OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES (Beijing).

"Composite treatment and remediation technology for polluted water and soil" was invented by Lei Wang (Beijing), Ming Chang (Beijing), Haiqing Liao (Beijing), Shungui Zhou (Beijing), Shaofeng Li (Beijing), Weining Xu (Beijing), Xiaoshu Wang (Beijing), Yangyang Wang (Beijing) and Yiwei Li (Beijing).
