ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,538,690, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to Chengdu BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co. Ltd. (Chengdu, China) and BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. (Beijing).
