ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,579,673, issued on March 17, was assigned to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou (Taoyuan City, Taiwan) and National Tsing Hua University (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
