ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,596,331, issued on April 7, was assigned to CASIO COMPUTER Co. LTD. (Tokyo).
"Electronic device and watch" was invented by Tomoyasu Kurokawa (Kokubunji, Japan) and Takayuki Satou (Uenohara, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electronic device includes: a cylindrical device casing that houses a module; and a resin member provided on an outside of the device casing. The resin member prevents at least a circumferential surface and a bottom surface side of the device casing from being exposed outside."
The patent was filed on Sept. 20, 2023, under Application No. 18/470,783.
