ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,660,864, issued on June 23, was assigned to CARE FOR THERE LLC (Carlsbad, Calif.).

"Cooling undergarment" was invented by Thomas Moyles (Carlsbad, Calif.) and Jared Moore (Huntersville, N.C.).
