ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,681,218, issued on July 14, was assigned to Canon K.K. (Tokyo).

"Light-absorbing heat-shielding film, light-absorbing heat-shielding member, article, and method for producing them" was invented by Yoshinori Kotani (Kanagawa, Japan) and Hiroshi Saito (Kanagawa, Japan).
