ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,593,986, issued on April 7, was assigned to California Institute of Technology (Pasadena, Calif.).
"Transmission mode-photoacoustic tomography of the human brain through an acoustic window" was invented by Yang Zhang (San Marino, Calif.), Sri Sai Narasimha KS Dhara Venkata (Pasadena, Calif.) and Lihong Wang (Arcadia, Calif.).
