ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,582,503, issued on March 24, was assigned to Burton Dental Innovations LLC (Hinsdale, Ill.).

"Dental wedges, matrix bands, and dental separator rings for use in direct composite restoration techniques" was invented by Matthew Burton (Hinsdale, Ill.).
