US Patent Issued to Breederplants VOF on May 5 for "Hydrangea plant named 'OLLEDE'" (Dutch Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 5 -- United States Patent no. PP37,405, issued on May 5, was assigned to Breederplants VOF (Gouda, Netherlands).

"Hydrangea plant named 'OLLEDE'" was invented by Antonius M.M. Captein (Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new Hydrangea plant named 'OLLEDE' particularly distinguished by a short plant having early flowering with white inflorescence fading to greyed-red when mature, is disclosed."
