ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,415,825, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Bold Therapeutics Inc. (Vancouver, Canada).
"Manufacture of trans-[tetrachlorobis(1H-indazole)ruthenate (III) and compositions thereof" was invented by Tomas Vojkovsky (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.), Kevin Sill (Tampa, Fla.) and Adam Carie (Tampa, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to the preparation of compositions comprising sodium trans-[tetrachlorobis(1H-indazole)ruthenate (III)]. Synthesis and formulation preparation is detailed. Impurity profiles are also discussed. Compositions herein are useful for anti-cancer applications."
