ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,340, issued on June 23, was assigned to BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY AND AGRICULTURAL AND MECHANICAL COLLEGE (Baton Rouge, La.) and The Regents of the University of California (Oakland, Calif.).
