ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,635,063, issued on May 19, was assigned to BOARD OF REGENTS, THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS SYSTEM (Austin, Texas).

"Particle-assisted wakefield electron acceleration devices" was invented by Bjorn Manuel Hegelich (Austin, Texas) and Constantin Aniculaesei (Austin, Texas).
