ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,582,179, issued on March 24, was assigned to BMG (British Medical Group) Ltd. (Cambridge, Great Britain).

"Antimicrobial dyes for facemasks" was invented by Mark Wilkinson (Cambridge, Great Britain) and Paul Wight (Manchester, Great Britain).
