ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,622,790, issued on May 12, was assigned to Bloom Biomedical Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Intervertebral fusion device with bone graft lumbar" was invented by Jason Liauw (Irvine, Calif.) and Nicholas Hu (Irvine, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein are intervertebral fusion devices and their methods of use. Also described herein are interbody device systems and the methods of using the same."
