US Patent Issued to Bio-Gene Technology on July 7 for "Pest management" (Australian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,672,653, issued on July 7, was assigned to Bio-Gene Technology Ltd. (Melbourne, Australia).

"Pest management" was invented by Robert Klupacs (East Melbourne, Australia) and Peter May (Red Hill, Australia).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method of controlling pests includes exposing the pests to a pest controlling amount of a triketone compound in combination with at least one second pesticide. Formulations and kits can include the combination."

The patent was filed on July 6, 2018, under Application No. 16/629,187.
