ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,622,618, issued on May 12, was assigned to BI Inc. (Boulder, Colo.).

"Wrist-worn impairment detection and methods for using such" was invented by Duke Hanson (Boulder, Colo.), Joseph P. Newell (Boulder, Colo.), Dustin Pettit (Boulder, Colo.), Evencio Fernandez (Boulder, Colo.) and Ric Miller (Boulder, Colo.).
