ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,590,470, issued on March 31, was assigned to BendPak Inc. (Agoura Hills, Calif.).
"Double-wide independent platform parking lift" was invented by Jeffrey S. Kritzer (Moorpark, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A double-wide, independent platform vehicle lift has vehicle platforms engaged with a framework by guide members which engage guide tracks in posts. Each platform has at least one corner which has a guide member that engages a depending receptacle when the platform is lifted to a selected height by operation of a respective linear actuator."
The patent was filed on Oct. 26, 2023, under Application No. 18/495,241.
