ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,496,314, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to AUTOLUS Ltd. (London).
"Antigen-binding domain" was invented by Shimobi Onuoha (London), Mathieu Ferrari (London), Marco Della Peruta (London), Alexander Kinna (London) and Shaun Cordoba (London).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to antigen-binding domains which bind the antigen prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and to chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) which comprise such antigen binding domains."
