"Inhibition of a tripartite VOR protein complex in multicellular organisms" was invented by Aurelio Lorico (Las Vegas), Denis Corbeil (Dresden, Germany), Mark F. Santos (Las Vegas) and Germana Rappa (Las Vegas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates generally to methods of inhibiting a tripartite VAP-A, ORP3 and Rab7 (VOR) protein complex in multicellular organisms, to methods of identifying agents which inhibit such complex and to the medical use...
