ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,686,684, issued on July 21, was assigned to Ascentage Pharma (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. (Suzhou, China) and Ascentage Pharma Group Corp Ltd. (Hong Kong).
"BTK degrader and use thereof" was invented by Jiantao Hu (Suzhou, China) and Jianyong Chen (Suzhou, China).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to compounds that function as degraders or inhibitors of BTK. The present disclosure further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in the treatment of diseases mediated by BTK, such as cancer."
