ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,630,716, issued on May 19, was assigned to ARKEMA FRANCE (Colombes, France).
"Formulation comprising carnauba wax and at least one particular sorbitan monoester" was invented by Leendert Hoekman (Vlissingenoost, Netherlands).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention deals with a formulation comprising at least one ethoxylated C13-C19 sorbitan monoester, saturated or not; and carnauba wax. Furthermore, the present invention pertains to a coating dilution comprising said formulation and the use of the formulation or of the coating dilution as a cold-end coating on a glass-container."
