"Mems-based hybrid beam steering device for lidar" was invented by Yuzuru Takashima (Tucson, Ariz.), Brandon Hellman (Tucson, Ariz.), Joshua Rodriguez (Tucson, Ariz.) and Youngsik Kim (Tucson, Ariz.).
