ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,595,250, issued on April 7, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
