ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,359,293, issued on July 15, was assigned to ArcelorMittal (Luxembourg) and Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) (Luxembourg).

"Coated steel substrate, a method for the manufacture of a coated steel substrate, a method for manufacture of a steel product and a steel product" was invented by Thomas Urios (Hettange-Grande, France), Patrick Choquet (Longeville les Metz, France) and Sergey Ershov (Dalheim, Luxembourg).
