ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,485,592, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Aptiv Technologies AG (Schaffhausen, Switzerland).
"Sealing element" was invented by Szymon Bak (Cracow, Poland) and Artur Kliszka (Cracow, Poland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A sealing element for a molding machine comprises a base body with an inner receptacle wherein the base body is provided with a venting duct to connect an inner receptacle of the sealing element with an outer surface thereof."
The patent was filed on Nov. 4, 2022, under Application No. 17/980,991.
