ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,692,500, issued on July 28, was assigned to Aptitutde Medical Systems Inc. (Goleta, Calif.).

"Aptamers and use thereof" was invented by Jinpeng Wang (Goleta, Calif.), Qin Yang (Goleta, Calif.), Hui Kang (Goleta, Calif.), Qiang Gong (Goleta, Calif.) and Brian Scott Ferguson (Goleta, Calif.).
