ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,323,109, issued on June 3, was assigned to Analog Devices Inc. (Wilmington, Mass.).
"Low-headroom dynamic base current cancellation techniques" was invented by Andrew Joseph Thomas (Arlington, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Circuit techniques for providing base-current cancellation of a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) differential pair that compensate for tail current noise and differential voltage transients without penalizing supply headroom."
The patent was filed on Jan. 27, 2022, under Application No. 17/586,391.
