ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,508,009, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to Amplify Surgical Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Multi-portal split cannulas, endoscopic hemostatic dispensers and surgical tools" was invented by Andy Wonyong Choi (Irvine, Calif.) and Dong-Hwa Heo (Seoul, South Korea).
