ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,628,434, issued on May 12, was assigned to ALPHA AND OMEGA SEMICONDUCTOR INTERNATIONAL LP (Toronto).

"Low capacitance high holding voltage transient voltage suppressing device" was invented by Shekar Mallikarjunaswamy (San Jose, Calif.) and Juan Luo (San Jose, Calif.).
