ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,659,064, issued on June 16, was assigned to Aloe Semiconductor Inc. (Middletown, N.J.).
"Configurable intensity-modulation direct detection (IMDD) optical transceivers" was invented by Christopher R. Doerr (Middletown, N.J.), Armond Hairapetian (Irvine, Calif.) and Ying Zhao (Holmdel, N.J.).
