"Techniques for identifying obstructions in a LIDAR system" was invented by Jose Krause Perin (Mountain View, Calif.), Kumar Bhargav Viswanatha (Santa Clara, Calif.), Rajendra Tushar Moorti (Mountain View, Calif.) and Mina Rezk (Haymarket, Va.).
