US Patent Issued to Advanced Micro Devices on May 12 for "Cost-driven prefetching" (Connecticut, Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,625,817, issued on May 12, was assigned to Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Cost-driven prefetching" was invented by Uday Kumar Reddy Vengalam (Hamden, Conn.) and John Kalamatianos (Arlington, Mass.).
