ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,696,977, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to Adrian Steel Co. (Adrian, Mich.).
"Tank rack" was invented by Elizabeth Elaine Willnow (Adrian, Mich.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tank rack may have a back frame member and at least two tank support members spaced apart from one another along the back frame member. Each of the tank support members may have two inner sections, two outer sections and a rear portion. The rear portion may be connected to the back frame member."
The patent was filed on April 2, 2025, under Application No. 19/098,345.
