ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,528,805, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Acer Therapeutics Inc. (Newton, Mass.).

"Solid forms of emetine" was invented by John Klopp (Martinez, Calif.).
