ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,589,467, issued on March 31, was assigned to 3M Innovative Properties Co. (St. Paul, Minn.).

"Coated abrasive articles and methods of making and using the same" was invented by Aaron K. Nienaber (Lake Elmo, Minn.), Joseph B. Eckel (Vadnais Heights, Minn.) and Ronald D. Jesme (Plymouth, Minn.).
