ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. D1,131,038, issued on June 23, was assigned to 3M Innovative Properties Co. (St. Paul, Minn.).
"Decorative film" was invented by Tatsuya Sato (Yamagata-Pref., Japan), Asami Yamazaki (Yamagata-Pref., Japan), Masayoshi Kurosaki (Setagaya-ku, Japan), Masao Oomori (Yamagata, Japan) and Katsuya Ono (Tendo-City, Japan).
The patent was filed on Sept. 5, 2023, under Application No. D/911,516.
