ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,614, issued on Sept. 9.

"Pre-stressed insulated concrete panels and methods for making and using the same" was invented by Philip N. Hulsizer (Palacios, Texas), Mark S. Stoutamire (Cumming, Ga.) and Terrell Wiggins (Goliad, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Pre-stressed insulated concrete panels are disclosed. Methods of making and using pre-stressed insulated concrete panels are also disclosed."

The patent was filed on May 28, 2024, under Application No. 18/675,287.
