"Aqueous pharmaceutical compositions comprising SGLT-2 inhibitors" was invented by Claudius Weiler (Ingelheim am Rhein, Germany) and Thomas Adam Duch (Gau-Algesheim, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to novel aqueous pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one SGLT-2 inhibitor and one or more solubilizing agents as well as corresponding processes of manufacturing such aqueous pharmaceutical compositions and their medical uses."
The patent was filed on May 22, 2023, under Application No. 18/321,117.
